The Ipswich hub is open Monday to Friday and accepting new referrals.

Ipswich is open five days a week, Monday to Friday, and each day at the Hub is structured differently in order to meet the specific needs and levels of ability of clients.

The Bury St Edmunds hub is OPEN on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and we are accepting new referrals

We provide a range of stimulating activities, including arts and craft, cognitive games, basic computing, chair-based exercises, active games and more. We support clients in groups and individually.
