Headway Suffolk
Dementia Groups

Headway Suffolk operates two social support groups. St Augustine’s Church Hall and at Castle Hill United Reformed Church in Castle Hill for persons living with dementia. The person must be supported by a carer.

The Castle Hill group is open on the 4th Friday of the month and the The Ipswich group is open on the 2nd Friday of the month. Both providing a variety of stimulating and engaging activities, such as indoor games, cognitive exercises, discussions and social interaction.

A fish and chips lunch and refreshments are also provided at both. The cost is £10.00 per person.
